Q Please consider this quote; do you agree? disagree? "In writing, don't use adjective which merely telly us how you want us to feel about the thing you are describing. I mean, instead of telling us a thing was "terrible", describe it so that we'll be terrified. Don't say it was "delightful"; make us say "delightful" when we've read the description. You see, all those words (horrifying, wonderful, hideous, exquisite) are only like saying to your readers, "please, will you do my job for me" - C.S. Lewis

Well, I do agree to C.S Lewis point of view completely. The matter must be written in such a way that we actually feel the terror, or pain, or happiness. Using random adjectives means directing the readers to think that way. Great writers write in such manner that it moves masses, they do not merely use adjective to mould our thoughts. C.S Lewis has asked not to use adjectives randomly in writing. We must try to express ourselves in a manner that the people who are reading our work can understand what we are actually trying to say.
